We offer free shipping on all orders to Metropolitan France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns on orders that have been shipped 30 days ago or less.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive from us, please contact us to arrange a return and full refund. A customer service agent will contact you within 12 working hours to attempt to fix the problem with the product (we'll arrange service or replacement parts to be sent to you, if you'd like) or arrange for an immediate return.
If a product is found to be defective we will cover the cost of the return shipping. If a return is required for some other reason (accidental purchase, wrong size product ordered, product no longer wanted) within 30 days of the purchase, we will accept the return and the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the customer. Orders will be refunded when the product has been received by our warehouse staff in sellable condition (original un-damaged box, with instruction manual and all other items included in the box, product with no cosmetic sign of use).
Your refund will be sent to you via your original payment method within 5 days of us receiving your returned product.
Warranty terms and conditions
A purchase of an AVE Sports product is required along with a valid purchase order number in order for the product to qualify for the AVE Sports Guarantee: 2-year warranty.
The warranty covers either the repair or the replacement of a part or the whole of a damaged or defective product within a 2-year period from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover lost items or customer damaged items. Please contact us if your product is faulty or defective. After the problem has been determined, a solution will be implemented at the discretion of the AVE Sports customer care representative, as repair or replacement is solely at the discretion of AVE Sports.
